Flowcell is a web-based factory digital twin and production line simulation tool for lean manufacturing teams. We provide access to the service via flowcell.io on a subscription basis.
To use Flowcell you must:

We limit accounts to one active session at a time to prevent unauthorised sharing of access.
New accounts receive a 30-minute free trial on first sign-up. No payment information is required to start a trial. The trial is provided on a one-time basis per person — creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials is a breach of these Terms.
After your free trial, continued use of Flowcell requires a paid subscription.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. Your relationship for payment purposes is with Paddle, who act as Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms apply to payment transactions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal (accessible from within your Flowcell account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will investigate.

All intellectual property rights in the Flowcell platform, software, and content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
You retain all rights to the simulation data and setups you create using Flowcell. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to operate the service for you.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to give reasonable notice where possible.
We may update or modify the service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes that affect your use of Flowcell with reasonable advance notice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Flowcell is a simulation tool. Any outputs, projections, or analyses produced by the tool are for informational and planning purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for operational decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Flowcell will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
